The 14-day AI build

AI working in one department of your company in 14 days.

We set up your approved tools and rules, build an agent that does real work for that team, and certify your people to run it. If it isn't saving the hours we agree on within 30 days, you get your money back.

How the 14 days run

One department, start to finish.

We work with one team at a time, so the change is real by the end of the second week instead of somewhere on a roadmap.

Days 1–2

We pick the work

We sit with the team, list the tasks they repeat every week and agree in writing on which ones AI takes and how many hours that should save.

Days 3–5

Tools and rules

We set up the AI tools you approve and write the rules for the department: what goes in, what stays out and who checks the work.

Days 6–11

One working agent

We build an agent for the process we picked, connect it to the tools the team already uses and name the person who reviews its output.

Days 12–14

Certified and live

The team completes AIXE Operator on their own work, the agent goes live and we record the time each task takes before and after.

What you get

Four things you keep after we leave.

01

A written plan for the department

The tasks AI takes on, the ones it doesn't, and the hours target we both signed off on.

02

Approved tools and written rules

Accounts set up, data limits written down and a named person to ask when someone isn't sure.

03

One agent doing real work

Built on your tools, with a person who reviews what it produces before it reaches a customer.

04

A certified team

Everyone in the department earns the AIXE Operator certificate on a task from their own job.

The guarantee

Hours saved, or your money back.

If the department isn't saving the hours we agree on within 30 days of launch, we refund what you paid.

We measure it the same way the certification does: the time each task takes before and after, logged in your workspace where you can see it. If we miss the 14 days, we keep working at no charge until it's live.

  • Access in two business days. We need the tools and data for the department within two business days of the start.
  • One owner on your side. You name the person who makes decisions for the department during the build.
  • The team uses it. The department works with the agent during the 30 days after launch.
  • Agreed in writing. The tasks and the hours target are set in writing on day one, before any work starts.
Who you work with

You work with me directly.

Adam Blazer

I've spent twenty years building companies where media meets technology. I co-founded JLTV, founded the Emmy-nominated studio Livit and run VLO Studios, a game studio building in Fortnite.

I work as a fractional Chief Intelligence Officer for companies deciding where AI should do their work, and I co-host AIXE, a two-day retreat where founder-CEOs make that plan. The 14-day build is how that plan turns into work that's done.

Questions

What people ask first.

Which department should we start with?
The one with the most repeatable work: reports, follow-ups, research, document prep. If you're not sure, we work it out together on the first call.
What does it cost?
It's a fixed price for the department, quoted after our first call once we've seen the work. There's no hourly billing, and the guarantee covers the full amount.
Do we need technical people?
No. We do the setup and the build. You need one person who knows the department's work and can make decisions for it.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whichever ones fit your company and your data rules. We often start with tools you already pay for.
What happens after the 14 days?
The agent and the rules are yours. If it works, most companies run the same 14 days on the next department.
