For 20 years I've built the hardware and software behind new kinds of media: a TV network in 60M+ homes, live streaming that Wimbledon, the US Open and HBO licensed, and Fortnite worlds. Now I'm building FinalPeace, end-of-life planning that employers, insurers and funeral homes offer as a benefit. I build it with a team of AI agents.
One engineer, a team of agents and a channel nobody else has.
Since March I've built FinalPeace as its only engineer, directing AI coding agents and shipping every day. Grace, its AI guide, interviews a person by voice or text and drafts their will, power of attorney and health care directive to their state's rules.
People finish. In five weeks of testing, 53% of the people who started an interview with Grace finished a legal document, across 42 states. Paid social brought in a finished will for about $19 in ad spend, close to what legal advertisers pay for a single lead.
It's sold, not searched for. Families act when someone they trust puts it in front of them: an employer at open enrollment, an insurer at the policy sale, clergy or a funeral director after a death. Our team has spent decades inside each of those channels, and our first employer customer is live.

Grace asks one question at a time. More than half of the people who start a legal document with her finish it.

Built the whole platform myself with coding agents: Grace, document generation for every state, and the apps inside Claude and ChatGPT. 245 legal documents finished in five weeks of testing.
Founded Livit and built a mobile-to-mobile live streaming platform: a phone tethered to a 360° camera, streaming live to viewers on phones and in VR headsets. I'm the first-named inventor on the patent applications for it (WO 2017/205642, US 2019/0149731). The technology was licensed by Wimbledon, the US Open, HBO, NBCUniversal and Endeavor/IMG, and Livit's VR and AR work was Emmy-nominated. In June 2016 it carried the first 360° live stream of a surgery in the United States, a hernia mesh procedure in Beverly Hills.
Co-founded JLTV and built its infrastructure by hand: server rooms, studio and control-room systems, and the encoding and streaming pipeline behind a 24/7 network. Carriage on DIRECTV, Comcast, Charter/Spectrum and Time Warner took it to 60M+ homes.
Co-founded Mediflix and helped close a $12.5M seed round to build a health engagement platform combining evidence-based video with curated expert access for patients and payers.
Built VLO Studios to make original games and branded worlds inside Fortnite with Unreal Editor for Fortnite, for entertainment and fashion brands.

The same habit shows up at home. One day I decided I wanted a natural pool at my house in Austin. The next day I bought a shovel and started digging. Six months later I had a living ecosystem with a waterfall, and the best place to escape the Texas heat.
When I wanted to learn to weld, I built an art car out of an old golf cart and named it Baby Grill. Then I built a solar and battery power grid for it to drive hi-fi speakers I also built, over a few weekends in about six weeks. I bolted a grill on the front, and it stood behind us when I got married.
I have an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School and studied international relations and economics at Tel Aviv University.
